What you're confirming

  • Your office's goals align with PollyCity's proposed project.
  • You intend to work with us on it if it's funded (May 2027 through April 2029).
  • The project will use frontier AI to improve public services.

What you're not committing to

  • No funding, staff time or payment is committed.
  • Nothing is legally binding. Funding is not guaranteed.
  • If we reach Round 2, a formal letter or MOU would follow.

Who should sign: an official with authority over the service area, such as the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Chief Data Officer, Chief Technology Officer or an agency head.
