City pilot · Cities Deliver

Better help for your residents.Mostly funded by the grant. Nearly all the work is ours.

PollyCity is applying to RF Catalytic Capital's Cities Deliver open call to bring friendly, multilingual AI assistants to city services. We'd love your city as a partner, and all it takes today is one short letter.

  • Non-binding
  • About 3 minutes
  • Time-sensitive

What your city gets

A modern front door to city services, built with you.

The pilot focuses on the services you choose, and measures what actually improves for residents.

What it takes

Your part fits on a sticky note. Ours fills the project.

We carry the application and the build. You tell us what matters to your residents.

About three minutes, online. Time-sensitive, so sooner is better.

  2. We submit Round 1

PollyCity writes and files the proposal to RF Catalytic Capital.

  3. Interviews and Round 2

If we advance, we prepare the deeper proposal with light input from you.

  4. The pilot runs

If selected, we build and evaluate together from May 2027 through April 2029.

No fine print

Clear about what you're signing.

The letter of intent is a statement of shared goals, not a contract.

What you're confirming

  • Your office’s goals align with PollyCity’s proposed project.
  • You intend to work with us on it if it’s funded.
  • The project will use frontier AI to improve public services.

What you're not committing to

  • No funding, staff time or payment is committed.
  • Nothing is legally binding. Funding is not guaranteed.
  • If we reach Round 2, a formal letter or MOU would follow.

Who should sign: an official with authority over the service area, such as the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Chief Data Officer, Chief Technology Officer or an agency head.

Ready when you are. It takes about three minutes.

Fill in a few details, pick your goals and sign. The letter writes itself as you go, and you get a PDF copy by email. It's time-sensitive, so today is the best day to sign.

Accept the invitation
What does signing actually commit us to?

Nothing binding. The letter states that your goals align with the project and that you intend to work with us if it is funded.

Does the city pay anything?

No payment is committed by signing. If selected, Cities Deliver funds most of the pilot work.

How much staff time will this take?

Signing takes about three minutes. Before any funding decision, we may ask a few short questions. Pilot involvement is agreed with you later.

Who should sign?

An official with authority over the service area, such as the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Chief Data Officer, Chief Technology Officer or an agency head.

What if we are not selected?

Nothing changes for your city. The letter simply expires with the application.

Can we choose which services the pilot covers?

Yes. You pick the service areas and goals in the letter, and we design around them.
